Together, We Made a Difference for Railway Heritage! Thank you!

At Pixel Federation, trains aren’t just part of our games, they’re part of who we are. That’s why launching the Save the Rails initiative was so close to our hearts.

Thanks to the passion and support of our amazing TrainStation 2 players, we’re thrilled to announce that our very first project under the Save the Rails initiative was a success!

Between April 14 and April 28, 2025, players had a chance to purchase a special charity pack featuring the unique Kolbenka locomotive – a tribute to the engine operating at the historic Čierny Hron Railway to this day!

Thanks to thousands of passionate players who answered the call, we raised an incredible 15 373€/ 17 428$ to support Čierny Hron Railway!
Every bit of this sum will go directly towards the maintenance, operation, and preservation of this iconic narrow-gauge railway, keeping it alive for future generations of train lovers. The Čierny Hron Railway, founded back in 1908, has stood the test of time thanks to the tireless dedication of volunteers and railway enthusiasts. Now, thanks to you, its story continues not just in the forests of Slovakia, but in the hearts of players around the world as well.

This is just the beginning of Save the Rails though. Stay tuned for future projects, where we’ll continue to turn our shared love for trains into real-world impact!
